What it means
Genre tastes move, but the urge to try one yourself does not. Anyone with bars of their own can hear them over a beat with a rap generator. For a friendly roast of your own, a diss track generator gets the first bars down fast.
Method
- Google search interest, US, past 5 years (Oct 2021–Oct 2026), web search. The national trend uses one query with five terms (shared scale). State maps use one query per term (each scaled to its own top state; scores are already population-adjusted).
- Over-index = a state's score for a term ÷ the median state score for that term; the dialect map gives each state the term where it over-indexes most.
- Wyoming is not included in the state maps.
