Terms of Service

Your account

You need an account to generate songs. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account, and no automated or bulk generation.

Credits and plans

Each generation, new take, edit, or server-side tool run uses one song credit. Free accounts get a small number of trial songs.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Song packs are one-time purchases for plan members. Pack credits do not expire while your account is open.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged through our payment processor. Because each song uses paid computing the moment it is made, used credits are not refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we will make it right.

What you make

You own the prompts and lyrics you write. Subject to these terms and to paying for any download unlock, you may use the songs you generate, including on social media and in videos.

AI output can resemble existing work. You are responsible for how you use what you make, and for not presenting it as the work of a real artist.

What you may not do

Do not use aisong.lol to impersonate real people, upload audio you do not have the rights to, make content that harasses, threatens, or defames anyone, or break the law.

Do not try to get around credit limits, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

aisong.lol is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that every song will come out the way you pictured.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
